Paulo Tarso Flecha de Lima
(In Memoriam)
Is a senior counselor of FLAG Public Affairs. He was secretary-general at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Brazilian ambassador to Washington, London and Rome. Flecha de Lima is one of the most recognized Brazilian diplomats, with a 46-year career. Since his retirement from the Itamaraty, he has advised companies and institutions.

Almino Affonso
Senior counsellor of FLAG Public Affairs. A lawyer and former Minister of Labour, Almino was also Vice-governor of the State of São Paulo, Secretary for Metropolitan Affairs of the State of São Paulo and Secretary for Institutional Relations. Currently he is President of the Council at the Latin American Memorial Foundation. Almino Affonso is an author on politics and history.
