Luiz Antonio Flecha de Lima

Has worked in Government Relations for 20 years, building solid experience in advising national and global clients. He develops strategies and actions to support companies and institutions in their relationship with the public sector, with proven results. He was founder and director of Flecha de Lima Associados and president of CDN Relações Institucionais. He holds a Business degree from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP). Luiz Antonio is a founding partner of FLAG Public Affairs.


Andrew Greenlees

Holds a Journalism degree from the University of São Paulo. He has a recognized career in corporate Communication and Public Affairs, and worked at the House of Representatives and the Secretariat for Economic Development of the State of São Paulo. He was political editor and Washington DC correspondent for Folha de S. Paulo newspaper, and later vice-president at CDN Relações Institucionais and member of the Board at the Brazilian Association of Communication Agencies. Greenlees was a juror for Public Relations at Cannes Festival. He is a founding partner of FLAG Public Affairs.


Marcos Nassar

Holds a degree in Economy and a post-graduate in Political Institutions. Nassar worked as a parliamentary specialist in the House of Representatives for more than 20 years. He was committee coordinator at the Government´s Leadership in the House for three terms, building a solid knowledge of the legislative process. Nassar is a partner of FLAG Public Affairs in Brasília.


Bruna Costa

A lawyer and Government Affairs specialist, Bruna hold a post-graduate degree in Public Law. She has worked for the federal government and private companies, developing programs in areas such as policies for women, infrastructure and health. Bruna is experienced in strategic planning and implementing of engagement programs with the public sector. She is an associate-director of FLAG Public Affairs in Brasília.


Clara Castello Branco

Holds a degree in Journalism and a specialization in Public Management. Clara was on the Federal Senate´s staff for 7 years. She has in depth knowledge of legislative processes and statutes, along with official publications. Clara is an executive-manager at FLAG Public Affairs in Brasília.


Carlos Cristo

Is a consultant for FLAG Public Affairs. He was chief of staff at the Secretariat for Innovation of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Commerce and headed the Support Program for Internationalization of Small and Medium Businesses. He also worked at the Ministry of Administration. Cristo holds a degree in Architecture and Urbanism from the University of São Paulo and a post-graduate from the University of Louvain, Belgium. He is a visiting professor at the National School of Public Administration.
